Early life and the power of encouragement
Born and raised in the village of Jan Muhammad Lashari near Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazir Abad, Sindh, life presented early and severe challenges. A tragic childhood fire incident left Abid Lashari without both hands.
However, the unwavering support of his mother and his mentor, the late teacher Muhammad Bachal Bughio, instilled in him a deep-seated belief that every challenge can be transformed into an opportunity.
He pursued higher education, eventually earning a Master's degree in Sociology. His lived experience taught him the profound value of support, fueling his life's mission: to create an inclusive society where every individual, regardless of physical condition, has the right to live with dignity and purpose.

He opened the first NDF center in Nawabshah.

Five centers across Sindh serve over 500 children free of cost.
A Champion for Women’s Empowerment
Sir Abid firmly believes that women are the true backbone of societal success. He credits his mother for his rehabilitation and empowerment. In his own family, he has championed the rights and independence of women.
